"I recently participated in a Future Leadership Program within Dell Technologies and I must say it was an incredibly transformative experience. The program was designed to help individuals enhance their leadership skills and abilities, and it did not disappoint!
The program was led by Brigitte van Ardenne she is highly experienced and knowledgeable facilitator who provided us with a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be an effective leader. We were exposed to various leadership styles and techniques, and were taught how to effectively communicate, delegate tasks, and motivate our team members.
The program was also highly interactive, which allowed us to engage with other participants and learn from their experiences. We were given plenty of opportunities to practice our leadership skills through group exercises and simulations, which really helped to understand our learnings. One of the most valuable aspects of the program was the personalized feedback that we received from Brigitte. She provided us with honest and constructive feedback on our strengths and weaknesses as leaders, and offered practical advice on how we could improve.
Overall, I highly recommend Brigitte as a coach and facilitator of this leadership program to anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and abilities.
